First ultrasound

As my periods have been very confusing, my gynae asked me to undergo dating scan.  On 13th August, I saw my fetus wiggling its cute hands. It's heartbeat was 175.  Only after seeing it, I started to feel that I am actually carrying a tiny life inside me. So far I was thinking that I was 8 weeks pregnant but the technician told me that I will be 10 weeks on 14th august and the due date is 12th march 2013. How exciting, now I have an accurate date. She also showed us the cord. Fetus measures 2.8 cm at this stage.
